創始人 - 譚凌實博士：擁有20多年跨國一流制藥公司總部高級管理經驗. 此前擔任輝瑞公司全球藥物開發運營副總裁, 在中國成功創建了首屈一指的研發中心，且經歷10多年發展壯大到多個地點,成為輝瑞全球核心的研發中心之一, 承擔藥物臨床開發,安全風險管理, 注冊,臨床稽查等關鍵職能。譚博士多年為RDPAD, DIA 的核心成員，擔任重要職務,包括研發委員會主席, 全球董事等。譚博士還帶頭建立了與國內一流高校的教育培訓合作,比如復旦大學, 北京大學，交通大學. 培養了不少擁有專業技能和行業知識的臨床數據管理和編程人才.譚博士有在美國建立初創企業的經驗, 且在美國一流制藥企業研發中心工作多年. 譚博士擁有生物統計博士學位。

Founder – Dr. LINGSHI TAN: Dr. Tan has over 20 years executive management experience in headquarters of global pharmaceutical companies. Previously, he was Vice President of Pfizer Global Drug Development Operations. He successfully established a leading R&D Center in China which has expanded to several locations in the past10 years and became a core R&D center for Pfizer. Dr. Tan has taken key positions in RDPAC (R&D based Pharmaceutical Association Committee) and DIA (Drug Information Association) including Chairman of Research & Development committee and Global Director. Dr. Tan alsoled and established education and training programs with China’s top universities including Fudan University, Peking University, Shanghai Jiaotong University, etc.
